In our most recent Q1 All-Hands Town Hall Meeting, our leaders shared key updates with employees on upcoming strategic developments underway in 2026 and engaging initiatives on the horizon like The We Way Book Club and our Summer Graduate Franchise Program!
Our dedicated staff was also celebrated during last month's "Employee Appreciation Day" as Team WE members enjoyed a delicious dinner, an interactive happy hour, gift cards, and quality time connecting with their respective managers and colleagues.
